Etch Primer (Oxibond)

The Shafaa Oxibond Etch primers work by acid etching the metal surface. Oxibond Etch primer can also more appropriately considered as part of the pre-treatment process. Oxibond are used to promote adhesion (especially with non-ferrous metals) and give a measure of temporary protection to ferrous metals. They must be overcoated with a fully pigmented coating. The product is also heat resistant. Excellent coating for your fire place.
